TAMARI SOY SAUCE
Tamari comes from the word “tamaru” which means “collect or accumulate.” Tamari was originally a liquid by-product of the miso making process. Tamari is made with little wheat compare to regular soy sauce. The result for tamari is a much thicker and milder sauce than soy sauce. Can be used in asian and non-asian cooking to add a full, savory, umami flavor to your dishes.
