Produced with three premium sake brewing corner stones. Firstly, they used the best ingredient, “king of sake rice” Yamadanishiki Toku-A rank (highest rank) made in Hyogo prefecture. Such wonderful rice is extravagantly polished up to 30%, which means 70% is ground away. Secondly, they used 2 types of yeast for this product. Usually, only one kind of yeast is used for creating Sake, but to represent the bright Daiginjo aroma, rich flavor of Junmai, and dry clean characteristic of SUIGEI, they used two kinds of yeast to perfectly represent such essence. Lastly, the best part of the pressings is used exclusively , “Nakadori”, where the sake has the best fragrance and taste. To maintain the high quality and freshness, it has not been exposed to the air until it gets to the aging stage.
