NEW SAKE
SENKIN SHUZO
In 1806, the Senkin brewery was established. Their brand is based off the Japanese crane and their name is derived from the words “wizard” and “bird”. The water used in brewing is from the same source that is used to grow rice. They call it a “domaine” like the french term for wine producer who own their own vineyard. A very stylish sake that pairs well with Japanese and French cuisine.
SENKIN ISSEI JDG
SENKIN SHUZO
An elegant sake using Yamadanishiki that has been milled to 35%. Alluring with white peach, green apple, and melon flavors, the sweetness is well-centered. The gorgeous aroma is not too excessive and keeps the dignity of the sake.
