SENKIN AMA-ZAKE

Amazake is traditional, sweet non-alcoholic Japanese drink made from fermented rice known as Koji. It is part of the family of traditional Japanese food made from Koji and the Koji mold (aspergilus oryzae,) just like miso, soy sauce and sake. This Amazake can be served hot or cold.
