This yuzu gelée contains plenty of fruit thanks to their original processing method. In order to bring out the body, they used honey; creating an all-purpose yuzu base that can be used in any dish and dessert.
Made with balsamic vinegar from Modena in Italy, and special-grade Japanese soy sauce. It has a perfect balance of rich balsamic flavor and deep aroma of soy sauce. Best enjoyed with roasted duck, beef steak or salad.
