OZE NO YUKIDOKE HIYAOROSHI JUNMAI DAIGINJO
The King of Sake Rice, Yamada Nishiki, is polished down to 50% for this seasonal gem. The fall limited Hiyaoroshi has elegant ginjo aromas of peach and pineapple with a delicate balance of sweetness and acidity. The finish is clean with a smooth texture on the palate.
