Suigei Brewing produces several Junmai Daiginjo sakes, each with its own character; then combines them to create this entirely unique Junmai Daiginjo that is both aromatic and crisp. Not available in Japan! This sake can be paired with both delicate dishes like Sashimi and fried foods.
A plum wine made from only the Sake “Shimeharitsuru” and Gunma prefecture’s large “Shirakaga plum” and sugar. It is characterized by the natural aroma and acidity of plum, with no added flavor or acidulants. Sweet, tart and absolutely delicious!
