KIZAKURA BEER
LUCKY CAT WHITE ALE
Has a gentle yet refreshing aroma of fresh yuzu and spicy sansho peppercorn. The addition of high quality Japanese rice lends a lightness to the body of this brew, counterbalancing Saaz hops bitterness elegantly.
LUCKY DOG PALE ALE
A soft and calming brew with a subtle but characteristic citrus aroma drawn from cascade hops. Full of refreshing hoppy flavors, as well as the rich and savory textures of barley malt.
LUCKY CHICKEN RED IPA
A harmonious blend of tropical fruit aromas from mosaic hops and sweet malt aromas from caramel hops. A reddish-copper brew that has the bitterness of an IPA and malty flavor of a red ale. The addition of sake rice lends the beer a soft texture and refreshing character.

With a reserved aroma, well balanced rice umami and a round flavor, Tatenyan Junmai Daiginjo is great served chilled or at room temperature with sushi, sashimi, or grilled fish.

Tatenyan (who is a modeled after an actual cat who lives at the brewery) is the Tatenokawa’s official mascot. One day she snuck into the brewery as a stray and has lived there ever since.
