Amabuki
Kyoto Matcha Yuzu

Both tart and refreshing, this unique Matcha liqueur (with a hint of yuzu!) is a made with pure Junmai sake, fine Kyoto matcha powder and the aromatic subterranian waters of Mount Sefuri – a historically significant mountain between Saga and Fukuoka prefectures.

Yuzu Shu

This is a sake based Yuzu Shu which uses the tart, fragrant juice squeezed from the Yuzu fruit, skin-on. Recommended to be served straight, on the rocks, with soda or warmed.

ROSANJIN GENSHU
Tokubetsu Junmai

The Rosanjin series by Higashiyama brewery uses Iwai, a rare sake rice produced in Kyoto, polished down to 60% and the famous Gokosui water of Fushimi, Kyoto to create this Tokubetsu Junmai sake. The alcoholic content is brought down to give the sake a smoother body yet maintaining its characteristic umami and rich, crisp mouthfeel. Alcohol by Volume: 18%

The Rosanjin series by Higashiyama brewery uses Iwai, a rare sake rice produced in Kyoto, polished down to 60% and the famous water Fushimizu of Fushimi, Kyoto to create this Tokubetsu Junmai sake. The alcoholic content is brought down to give the sake a smoother body yet maintaining its characteristic umami and solid dryness.
Alcohol by Volume: 16%
