Aromatic, with notes of ripe fruits and flowers, this medium bodied Daiginjo pairs well with vegetable crudité, shrimp shumai and/or gyoza.
A bold and full-bodied Junmai Ginjo sake produced using selected grains of Gohyakumangoku sake rice, known for a high standard of quality that brings out the best in any brew. This sake is the culmination of 140 years of brewing history and technique, and incorporates delicious mineral water from Mount Akagi – a composite volcano that is home to a quiet temple, cold northern winds, and lush vegetation.
