Nama, also known as “unpasteurized” sake or “raw” sake, tend to feature bright and lively character, and fresh fruity flavors. They must be stored and served chilled to look and taste their best.

Brewed by hand with ultra-soft water in small batches by one of the only female Brewmasters in Japan. Elegant Ginjo aromas of wisteria, green grapes, pineapple, and steamed rice.

NIWA NO UGUISU JUNMAI GINJO

NEW seasonal release – this style of extremely light nigori is akin to skin-contact aromatic white wine and ultra-fine rice sediment can be found upon close inspection. Highly fresh and elegant, this sake offers a floral, fruity nose with notes on the palate of peach skin, green apple and mango sticky-rice.

KOIMARI TROPICAL JUNMAI DAIGINJO

Koimari Brewery is located in Imari city, Saga. In the 17th century, artisans exported locally-made porcelains from Imari Port to Europe, known as “Imari,” many of which were used and admired by royal families. Koimari’s sake is elegant and traditional, made with a legacy of expertise and passion passed down for generations. From fragrant and modern, to classic and dry, you’ll find a style to love.

MITSUTAKE CRISP JUNMAI DAIGINJO

Mitsutake Brewery’s “crisp” sake is designed with the shape of an octopus to signify the clean and mineral style of this beautiful brew.
