Aged for a full five years at -5 degrees Celsius – the ultimate Junmai Daiginjo sake. It’s intense aroma and flavorful personality are kept partially subdued with a sinfully silky mouthfeel. The finish is clean cut, despite the richness. The handmade, pale golden bottle is made to look like a trophy to honor the victory of life aka “Dreams come true”!

Using the heirloom rice, Omachi, and the Omachi no Hiyamizu water, Muromachi creates their Junmai Daiginjo Genshu (undiluted) with its fruity, floral aroma and deep umami.

Brewed with Akita prefecture’s original sake rice “Hoshi Akari”, this Usunigori (slightly cloudy) Junmai Ginjo sake boasts a light sweetness, and a fruity aroma. Produced with the passion of the brewers, and on-site spring water.
