SEIFUKU AWAMORI VINTAGE
A powerful unblended, 100% aged genshu (undiluted) Awamori with bold flavors and ABV of 43%. It is said that the longer Awamori is left to age, the more delicious it becomes and to make this delicious aged spirit one must consider the raw materials of rice and water as well as the environment in which it is aged. Seifuku Vintage was born out of the commitment to this philosophy. Enjoy its rich aroma and taste straight or on the rocks.

KUBOTA DAIGINJO GENSHU
A dynamic and dry front palate leads into soft umami undertones and a smooth clean finish in this astonishingly quaffable and sophisticated Genshu (undiluted) sake. Has hints of bosc pear, koji-rice and freshly picked mushrooms hiding beneath a gorgeous floral bouquet. Recommended chilled and in a wine glass alongside a meal.

RYUJIN OZE X ROSE JUNMAI DAIGINJO
A lovely rose-colored sake that exists within a sphere of balance between sweet and tart, and has a flavor that resembles wild strawberries. Brewed with the exceedingly difficult-to-use red yeast, it has been said that if a Junmai Daiginjo is the most difficult grade of sake to brew, this Rose Junmai Daiginjo was 10 times as difficult, so many brewers are unable to work with it. Keep
refrigerated.
