AUGUST 2025 — SAKE OF THE MONTH

GRACE WINE / NOGUCHI NAOHIKO

GRACE ROSE WINE

This wine was born in 2008 from the vision of Ayana Misawa, head of viticulture and winemaking, who set out to create a structured dry rosé in Japan. Made from a blend of grape varieties grown without herbicides or chemical fertilizers at Misawa Farm, it is fermented and aged in old French oak barrels. Its salmon-pink color is complemented by complex aromas of red fruits, herbs, and spices. It is a refined, dry rosé with a lingering finish and a harmonious fresh acidity.

GRACE KOSHU WINE

This Koshu wine boast a pale lemon yellow color accented with hints of green and pink. The refreshing aroma of amanatsu citrus and oranges is layered with the gorgeous aromas of apples and white peaches. The rich flavor of ripe fruit is complemented by a pleasant acidity, and the finish is lingering with a refined bitterness. This is a well-balanced wine where fruitiness and freshness come together in perfect harmony.
