This is an extra dry Junmai sake made with Gohyakumangoku rice cultivated in Nasu Highlands. Very dry sake with soft taste and packed with a lot of umami. This sake is known to be enjoyed warm.  SMV: +11 (Extra Dry) 16.2% Alcohol
