SAKE OF THE MONTH
JAPANESE WHISKY, RUM
“KURA” The WHISKY
Made in the southernmost region of Japan, the exceptional “Kura The Whisky” is the result of careful aging in American White Oak. Finished in Japanese rum casks, its remarkable sweet aroma is accompanied by its distinctive mellow taste.

PEAK WHISKY
Peak Whisky is a handcrafted blend born from pure Japanese spring water, grain and imported malt. This whisky is highly aromatic and has a rich, rounded taste from storing in sherry barrels. The distillery, Gyokusendo Shuzo also specialize in sake, shochu, mirin, liqueurs and other spirits.
#465 GYOKUSENDO PEAK WHISKY 12/750ml.
COR COR RUM
Cor Cor Red is made by first converting their locally harvested sugarcane into molasses. The molasses is then distilled once to preserve as much flavor as possible. Aromatic, fully flavored and potent this rum is a wildly fresh and compelling agent for any daquiri-style drink. With yuzu, perhaps, in place of traditional lime.
#435 COR COR RED 12/750ml (80pf)
TEEDA RUM
Teeda Rum’s remarkable characteristics are attributed to its pot distillation process and aging in American Oak barrels. The harmonious notes are complemented by layers of aromatic flavor and are as distinctive as the Okinawa Islands themselves.
