FLYING IPA
A citrusy and light IPA that clocks in at 55 IBU. Crisp, sessionable, and perfect to accompany a meal. Pairs, especially well with Japanese-style Karaage!
LUCKY DOG
A soft and calming brew with a subtle but characteristic citrus aroma drawn from cascade hops. Full of refreshing hoppy flavors, as well as the rich and savory textures of barley malt.
LUCKY CHICKEN
A reddish-copper brew that has the bitterness of an IPA and malty flavor of a red ale. The addition of sake rice lends the beer a soft texture and refreshing character.
LUCKY DOG
A gentle yet refreshing aroma of fresh yuzu and spicy sansho peppercorn. The addition of high quality Japanese rice lends a lightness to the body of this brew, counterbalancing Saaz hops bitterness elegantly.
KYOTO KUROMAME ALE
This is a completely unique dark ale that is full, savory, smoky, and made with 100% Kyoto Black Soybeans (Kuromame), giving it a rich and delicious roasted flavor and aroma.
RYDEEN PILSNER
Brewed with “Raiden-sama no Mizu” (the thunder and lightning god’s water, this pilsner is slowly fermented in low temperatures, making it easy to drink, with an emphasis on aroma.
Kanazawa“Koshihikari”
Locally grown Koshihikari rice is used to produce this light beer. Flowery and spicy nose with clean and refreshing taste. Pairs well with Japanese and Asian dishes.
KANAZAWA WEIZEN
Fruity aroma of banana, and cloves, this beer is a very easy to drink. This fruity beer with a lot of umami pairs we ll with strongly flavored dishes, meat and vegetables.
KANAZAWA PALE ALE
Brewed with locally grown “six-row barley” from Ishikawa prefecture. Citrusy with a hint of caramel nose. Slight bitternesss from hops give this beer a clean and refreshing after taste.
JAPANESE ARARE MIX!
Arare is a type of bite-sized Japanese cracker made from glutinous rice and flavored with soy sauce. Enjoy them on their own, eat them as a substitute to unhealthy snacks like potato chips, or serve with a beer as a bar snack!
