Unlike existing gelées made with fruit peels, this yuzu gelée contains plenty of fruit thanks to their original processing method. In order to bring out the body, they used honey; creating an all-purpose yuzu base that can be used in any dish and dessert.
This Yuzu oil is extracted from Japanese Yuzu Citrus without heat to preserve the delicate refreshing aroma of yuzu. A few drops just before serving add a refreshing fragrance.
