Yamamoto Seifun is a long-established milling and noodle maker founded in 1916, located in Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture. When they expanded their business to overseas, the company started manufacturing products that comply with allergy-causing livestock meat, milk, eggs, etc., religious, and food import regulations. All of the series are free of animal ingredients.
