 YUZU MOJITO

Instead of using regular gum syrup, please try making this mojito with Yuzu jam from Nakauraya for added sweetness.

[INGREDIEN

TS] 

• Rum  4tbs.
• Yuzu Jam & Juice 1tbs. each
• Club Soda

[COOKING DIRECTIONS] 

  

1 Muddle mint leaves, yuzu jam and yuzu juice.

2 Pour into a glass, add rum and top with club soda,
stir and serve.
