UMESHU JELLY
Ingredients (2 servings)
The CHOYA 1/4cup
Powder Gelatine 2g
Honey 1 Tbs
Water 1/2cup
Plum Fruits 2 pcs
1. Put CHOYA, water and gelatin powder in a heat-resistant container and let it sit until the gelatin powder gets softer. Put the plum fruits in a glass.
2. Heat 1. in the microwave for 40 seconds, add honey and mix to dissolve.
3. Pour 2. into a glass and chill in the refrigerator to harden.
