THE HONEY & MILK

This hot drink recipe with Nigori Sake is perfect for a cold winter night! You can use Japanese brown sugar known as “kuromitsu” instead of honey or add a pinch of grated ginger to make it more unique and flavorful! 

Ingredients (1cup)


Nigori Sake 4 oz. VIEW VIEW
Honey ½ oz.
Cinnamon (Optional/Powder or stick)

1. Warm up 4oz SCB Nigori Sake in a water bath, or in a microwave for around 40-50 seconds (should not exceed 131 degrees F)

2. Dissolve 1 tbsp of honey (or more, to taste)

3. Garnish with cinnamon stick or an optional dusting of cinnamon on top.
