NAGOYA’s
FAMOUS

  TAIWAN RAMEN

Though the name suggests it comes from Taiwan, this is a local food born in Nagoya and is eaten mainly in the area.

Ingredients (1 Portion)


• Shoyu Soup Base 1.5 fl.oz.  VIEW MORE

• Spicy Miso Topping 20g  VIEW MORE

• Garlic Oil 2 tspn  VIEW MORE

• Stock/Hot Water 12fl.oz.

• Ramen Noodle 1

• Stir Fried Ground Pork, Chives and Bean Sprouts

  • 1. Stir fry ground pork, chives and bean sprouts.
  • 2. Cook the noodle. Once the noodles have cooked, drain and plate in a bowl.
  • 3. Boil the stock, add shoyu soup base, spicy miso topping, garlic oil and mix them well.
  • 4. Pour the soup and put some of the topping you made in step 1. Serve while its hot.
