TAIWAN RAMEN
Though the name suggests it comes from Taiwan, this is a local food born in Nagoya and is eaten mainly in the area.
Ingredients (1 Portion) • Shoyu Soup Base 1.5 fl.oz. VIEW MORE • Spicy Miso Topping 20g VIEW MORE • Garlic Oil 2 tspn VIEW MORE • Stock/Hot Water 12fl.oz. • Ramen Noodle 1 • Stir Fried Ground Pork, Chives and Bean Sprouts

• Ramen Noodle 1
• Stir Fried Ground Pork, Chives and Bean Sprouts
1. Stir fry ground pork, chives and bean sprouts. 2. Cook the noodle. Once the noodles have cooked, drain and plate in a bowl. 3. Boil the stock, add shoyu soup base, spicy miso topping, garlic oil and mix them well. 4. Pour the soup and put some of the topping you made in step 1. Serve while its hot.
