- 1. Cut the Hamachi into 1 x 3cm slices and toss with Sake, salt and pepper. Remove excess liquid and coat them with corn starch. Heat the oil on medium high heat and pan-fry the fish.
- 2. Cut the vegetables into bite size pieces. To make the sauce, whisk together A. in a small bowl.
- 3. Add 1tbs of sesame oil and stir fry the vegetables. Pour in the sauce mixture (step ②) and add the fried Hamchi pieces and stir until the sauce has thickened and bubbling. Serve immediately.
