SAKURA HIGHBALL

[INGREDIEN

• Salted Sakura : 3pieces

•Whisky : 30ml

•Soda : 100ml

[COOKING DIRECTIONS] 

  

1 Remove the saltiness of the flower by soaking in water for at least 10min.

2 Fill a highball glass with ice and add 30ml. of whiskey. Stir 3 times.

3 Add 3 Sakura blossoms and top with 100ml. of club soda.
Stir briefly to combine.
