We introduced this MTC SAKE original cocktail at our Restaurant Expo 2019 and it was a big hit! Okinawan Daquiri has tropical aromas, deep umami flavor and refreshingly zesty! We are sharing the recipe so you can add this cockatail to your take out drink menu!
Ingredients
CORCOR OKINAWA RUM 2.0oz. VIEW MORE
CHOYA KOKUTO UMESHU 1.5oz. VIEW MORE
YUZU JUICE 0.25oz.
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, and shake well. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.Fine-strain into a chilled glass with ice.
