UME HIGHBALL

“Umeshu”, Japanese tart and sweet plum wine meets Japanese whisky! This cocktail is surprisingly light and refreshing!

Ingredients (1serv)


Whisky  1 oz. VIEW
Umeshu 0.5 oz. VIEW
Soda 4 oz. 

1.Fill a tall glass with ice

2.Combine the whisky, umeshu, and chilled soda.

3.Stir gently and garnish with a fruit of plum fruit in the bottle.
