1. Cook the Soba noodle and rinse with ice cold water. Defrost the frozen Tororo and mix well to make it fluffy. Warm up the Gyudon topping with a microwave.
2. Plate the cooked Soba noodle in a shallow bowl and put Tororo, Gyudon topping on top. Garnish with Nori and Scallion. Enjoy with Tsuyu sauce and wasabi.
