YUZU & SOY SAUCE FLAVORED ABALONE
Awabi is Japanese word for Abalone. It is also known as “king of clams,” due to its vibrantly colored shells which hide the delicacy within. Cooked in a soy sauce based special broth with a hint of Yuzu aroma. It has a very delicate texture and flavor. Subtly sweet, it is not dissimilar to cuttlefish, but much more tender.
