This special Junmai Ginjo sake from Suigei brewery is brewed with Kochi prefecture’s original rice “Gin-no Yume” (KOUIKU54) The aroma is little citrusy yet modest, and the flavor has a hint of sourness and solid umami, yet the finish is clean and pleasant.

Enjoyed best with both Asian and western seafood or fried/fatty dishes.
