SOMI “MIYAKO” WAFU-DASHI

Fragrantly mild liquid wafudashi featuring ichibandashi made with carefully selected thick katsuobushi flakes, urumebushi, kombu, and other ingredients. There are lots of different ways to use dashi. Simply add a little when you are cooking and get that authentic Japanese taste in all of your dishes.

How to use: Thin the dashi by combining 1 part of this product with 9 parts hot water. (For hot soba/udon)
