Utilizing Japan’s famous miyamizu water, and carefully selected rice, Shirakabeura combines ezpert knowledge with cutting edge technology designed to faithfylly capture the delicate essence of hands on brewering techiniques, enabling their deciated brewery staff to bring you the sake that accurately reflects their aspirations.

SHIRAKABEGURA Kimoto Junmai NEW

This sake is crafted using kimoto process, the most traditional and hands-on process of creating a Sake starter. It has a robust body with varying flavor profiles – earthy aroma with apple, cream cheese, and herbal flavors when warmed; light, delicate aromas of vanilla, flowers, stone fruit, melon and sweet milk when served chilled.

SHIRAKABEGURA  Junmai Daiginjo NEW

Shirakabegura Junmai Daiginjo is made with Yamadashinishiki rice from Hyogo prefecture. It is full bodied with a hint of sweetness and smooth, velvety texture on the palate. This Sake has subtle aromas of pear, melon, banana and petrichor, with flavors of vanilla, melon, banana and white mushroom.

SHIRAKABEGURA Tokubetsu Junmai

The nose on this Junmai is all steamed rice and earth. Whitewall uses Gohyakumangoku brewing rice milled to 60% and this is evident by its deep earthy richness.
