Yuzu kosho is a condiment made from fresh chilies, salt along with zest and juice from yuzu. This Yuzu kosho jelle is made with Yuzu-kosho, Yuzu juice, Japanese Orange juice and honey. Sweet and spicy jelee pairs especially well with duck and pork dishes. Can be used to make unique desserts too.
