This sake is brewed with great care using spring water from Mt. Tsukuba and rice carefully selected for its suitability for sake brewing. This is a hand-pressed, unfiltered sake that is light and crisp. This sake goes well with all kinds of dishes.

Premium STELLA, Junmai Daiginjo MUROKA GENSHU “Shizuku” Sake
This unfiltered, undiluted sake is brewed with natural water from Mt. Tsukuba in Ibaraki prefecture. “Shizuku” means “drops,” because the sake is not pressed, but rather allowed to drip out of cloth bags filled with the finished brew. Very fruity aroma with a clean and rounded flavor.
