HAKKAISAN YUKIMURO 3YRS AGED
This beautiful Junmai Ginjo is aged for three years in Hakkaisan Brewery’s snow storage room, called the Yukimuro. While nestled comfortably beneath tons of pure white snow, it develops into a round and smooth sake with a subtle and fine aroma.
The first sip will begin quietly – almost invisibly – before it unfolds and transforms into a rich, long and loud finish.
