NAMA AMAZAKE
Amazak is traditional, sweet non-alcoholic Japanese drink made from fermented rice. It is part of the family of traditional Japanese food made from Koji and the Koji mold (aspergilus oryzae,) just like miso, soy sauce and sake.
Amazake contains living yeast and active enzymes, which means it is prone to spoil unless its frozen.
This Amazake can be served hot or cold.
