Made with Shikoku-grown Yuzu, Sugar and Neutral Spirit, Choya’s Yuzu Citrus Liqueur is fruity, bright with dense aromas of fresh Yuzu Citrus. Add Choya Yuzu Liqueur to clean, rice shochu such as Hakutake Shiro and serve over ice for a balanced and low-strength drink. Or, stir over ice with Gin and strain for an umami-explosion martini.
