CHIYOMIDORI No.12, Junmai Daiginjo

Chiyomidori No.12 is brewed with new sake yeast “No.12” developed by Akita prefecture. The nose is gentle and floral, and it has a delicious and refreshing flavor that cleans the palate.

Chiyomidori R-5 is brewed with new sake yeast “R-5” developed by Akita prefecture. The result is well-balanced sake with plentiful umami and an elegant floral aroma.

CHIYOMIDORI MS3, Junmai Daiginjo

The MS3 refers to the type of yeast used by the Okuda shuzo to ferment this sake. MS3 is a “Kuratsuki Bunri Kobo” which literally means -brewery attached and separated yeast. This sake has a smooth, mellow flavor with a refreshing herbal note.
