12 slices with layers of PHO (Partially- Hydrogenated Oils) free whipped cream and rice flour based 24cm diameter crepes. Individually film wrapped to protect cut surfaces. To serve, allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Top with fruit or ice cream to create a perfect dessert menu item.
