Furikake is a dried mixed seasoning sprinkled over rice for added flavor. This variety has a nice spicy wasabi (Japanese horseradish) flavor.
Seasoning also includes sesame seeds, bonito (fish) flakes, mustard plant flakes and seaweed flakes. Simply sprinkle the desired amount onto rice, noodle meat/fish or fried dishes you like.
