This is a very special sake made by Mr. Yuzo Kuji, who is the younger brother of Kosuke Kuji, the 4th generation owner of Nanbu Bijin Brewery. It has the soft flavor characteristic’s of a Nanbu Bijin Junmai; it has the strength of a freshly pressed sake, yet the flavors are unique and textures quite fresh. Yuzo Special is designed to be enjoyed warmed and pairs especially well with food.
