TANTAN NOODLE ITEMS
Tantan-men(担々麺)is the Japanese take on Sichuan Dan Dan noodles. Tantanmen eaten in Japan generally has soup, but this style is arranged for Japanese people, and the characteristic of authentic Chinese dandan noodles is that there is no soup. Its special characteristic is the hot spices and creamy sesame paste and miso-based soup. In recent years, soupless tantan-men, mixed noodle-style tantan-men, and chilled tantan-men gained popularity.
Q’s TANTAN-MEN SOUP BASE
This product is produced by a well known ramen master! It’s made with ingredients such as sesame oil, sesame paste, miso, soy sauce and special blend of spices. Since it does not use animal-derived ingredients, it can also be used for vegetarian ramen. Please try it with our soy meat (Item# 20546).

This is a very flavorful Tantan-men soup base made with umami rich ingredients such as aged miso, onion oil, and sesame seeds. For customers who want spicy dandan noodles, please use it with the spicy miso topping manufactured by the same company (Item# 20070).

This Sangenton Pork is a cross between Landrace, Duroc, and Berkshire breeds. They are fed a special corn feed, and they are known for their tender meat texture.
