These cocktail claws are “deep cut” just below the pincher to expose the maximum amount of succulent meat for a beautiful plate presentation. The freezing method of IQF technology maintains the seafood separate during the freezing process as well as the products’ natural shape, color, taste, smell and texture. Our snow crab is caught off the icy shores of Alaska/Canada, and is the perfect balance of sweet and slightly salty. Gently cooked, peeled and IQF treated. As snow crab is sold and pre-cooked, it needs to only be thawed for chilled applications, or thawed and heated for hot applications. Snow crab meat is very good in sushi, hotpot, quiches, soups, salads, pastas and rice casseroles.

Meat is hand-picked to ensure larger whole pieces and then is vacuum sealed to ensure optimal freshness and packed in separate layers of leg, body and claw meat. This combo meat contains less sodium than similar products in the market. Its meat is snowy white and has a moist, tender texture with a delicate, sweet flavor. Perfect for making fried rice, salad, egg foo young, chawan-mushi and more.

This Crab Cream Croquette uses real crab caught in Tottori Prefecture’s Sakai Harbor. The rich crab flavor and creaminess are further enhanced by the use of real crab extract. To use, deep fry croquettes in 350-360 degrees F for 5-6 minutes.
