SPICY TSUKEMEN SOUP
Hiroshima has it’s own style of Ramen called “Hiroshima-Fu Tsukemen.” This Hiroshima Tsukemen dipping sauce is made from soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil. Add sesame seeds and more chili oil if you prefer. Also you can use this dipping sauce as a salad dressing, tofu or gyoza dipping sauce.

GYOKAI TSUKEMEN
This is a seafood flavored dipping soup-base from Wakou. They use pork bones and chicken dashi to create this full-bodied soup base, blended with dried bonito and fish powder. This soup base can be used for making regular ramen and Maze-men mixed noodle as well. No MSG.
