SANSHO
The town of Aridegawa’s Sansho Peppercorns – this small Wakayama prefecture town’s specialty – are used in luxurious excess to brew this unique pale ale. Sansho pepper is one of Japan’s most popular spices after wasabi, and it lends a unique flavor and mouthfeel to dishes. Has the refreshing and mild herbal aroma of Japanese sansho peppercorn, which hops cannot provide.
