This hand made shrimp wonton from Vietnam has a great texture with crunchy shrimp and thin silky skin wrap. You can boil, fry or steam these dumplings to make delicious appetizers, wonton soup and wonton noodle soup. It’s a great topping for ramen noodle or hotpot dishes.
