SEAFOOD HOTPOT ITEMS

  • HAMACHI SHABU

Fatty yellowtail / Hamachi shabu-shabu is a simple but recommended hot pot for winter, that goes well with sake. Can be made with a simple soup using kelp or a yuzu-shio ramen base, to create a refreshing hot pot, complete with ponzu and yuzu pepper to create a citrusy scent!

  • ISHIKARI NABE

Ishikari Nabe is a local Hokkaido dish with salmon as its main ingredient. Fileted salmon is delicious, but if it has bones, the soup stock comes out even better, so give it a try! Miso-based soup with a good soup stock warms the body from the core. The authentic way to eat, is to add Japanese Sansho pepper.
