LOBSTER ROE
This lobster roe is comparable to sea urchin or crab miso. The eggs are scarce since not all lobsters carry eggs and they do not hold them all season long. This paste can be used a dip as is or mixed with another sauce and it will be dyed a gorgeous red. This was one of the products that was chosen as the finalist in the New England Food Show 2018..
