GLUTEN FREE TENKASU
Tenkasu are crunchy bits of deep fried flour-batter used in Japanese cuisine, specifically in dishes such as soba, udon, takoyaki and okonomiyaki. This Tenkasu is made with corn flour and corn starch so it’s gluten free. The texture is very light and crispier than regular tenkasu.
