FUJI NISHIKI Junmai Ginjo |
FUJI NISHIKI Fujihomare Tokubetsu Junmai |
This sake is brewed to bring out the softness of the water. Shizuoka yeast brings out good flavor while the 1801 yeast makes the sake aromatic. It has a good balance between flavor and aroma, while softly textured.
Pairs well with sushi, fish dishes and meat dishes. #862 FUJINISHIKI JG 12/720ML. |
Brewed with water from Mt Fuji and Homarefuji, a sake rice developed in Shizuoka prefecture in 2006. The sake rice is sown, grown and harvested by the brewery’s employees on their own fields. This is an aromatic yet affordable sake. Pairs well with a wide range of cuisine, from lighter fish dishes, such as sushi, to heavier meat dishes. #861 FUJINISHIKI HOMAREFUJI TBJ. 12/720ML . |
